DG34M2 aerial platform fire truck is the main battle vehicle integrates three functions of fire tanker, aerial spray truck, foam truck and aerial truck, which is widely applied in fire fighting and rescue operation in cities and towns, mine, oil field and plant as well as other medium and high-rise buildings, in addition, it also is the first choice for medium and high-rise building fires, rescue of persons in distress and properties.
The aerial truck is equipped with chassises ZZ5357TXFV464ME1/6×4 manufactured by CNHTC, whose superstructure vehicle is equipped with the structure of full slewing, 3 sections of telescopic booms and one section of flexible boom. Electric control and hydraulic drive adopted in each moving mechanism brings the vehicle features of easy operation, flexible movement, safety and reliability and strong practicability. Deceleration and stopping at limit position are controlled by computer automatically, which makes operation quick, labor-saving, convenient and stable, also brings large speed regulating range, flexible fine motion and exact movements. With the effective cooperation of straight telescopic boom plus folding boom, it is with excellent aerial obstacle-crossing capacity, which has the wider operation scope than the straight boom fire truck.
[Advantages and highlights]
1. DG34M2 chassis adopts chassis of CNHTC ZZ5357TXFV464ME1/6X4, which is in line with the emission standard of National V, with advanced performance, large bearing capacity, sufficient margin of power and specific power of 10 (324KW/32.4).
2. Complete function of fire-fighting system.
1) Advanced system configuration: Fire pump CB12/60-TB manufactured by Xi'an Huayu is applied, and platform monitor is provided with the fire monitor PSKD80. The water pump is driven by the full power takeoff with reliable performance which is suitable for long-time operation. The platform monitor may be conducted with wireless remote control within 100m.
2) Complete configuration of fire-fighting system: The water carrying capacity of vehicle stainless steel tank is 5500kg, which meets the rapid operation of vehicle fire. PS30/50D manual fire monitor is set at the top of tank, which may realize the low altitude fire-fighting operation.
3) The fire-fighting system of the vehicle adopts intelligent control and electric operation with simple operation.

Based on the distributed control technology of PLC and CAN bus, the angle of amplitude variation and extension of whole vehicle adopts the new and reliable detection, which may realize the automatic reliable leveling of substructure, platform load weighting, platform ultrasonic anti-collision detection, posture dynamic monitoring of superstructure and substructure, provision of abundant information of HMI with good leveling mobility and stable and impact-free superstructure movement.
4. Variable displacement piston pump LS load-sensitive control system should be adopted in hydraulic system with good operation performance.
5. Professional appearance molding design with pretty appearance is adopted in the complete machine, and the operation and usage is humanization with good effect.
6. The platform is equipped with manual and automatic leveling functions, with high accuracy and fast speed.
7. Wider operation scope. The height of limit operation reaches 34m, and the maximum operation range reaches 21m, the test depth is 4.2m underground.
8. Allowable unilateral operation: satisfy the narrow space operation requirements.
9. Hoisting function: The basic boom can be weighed 2 tons, and the working platform can be weighed 0.4 tons.
10. For multiple rescue method, working platform, scaling ladder, descent control device and other rescue methods can be adopted.
11. Maintenance is simple; computer - controller automatic lubrication system is adopted in the vehicle to make lubrication and maintenance.
12. Complete and reliable safety protection device. The whole vehicle has 24 safety protection devices.
13. The working platform is installed with the wind speed alarm device and the load weighing detection device.
