Product Description

XLY055T Pavement maintenance vehicle is applicable for the rapid repair of chuck holes on highway, national and provincial trunk roads, municipal roads and asphalt pavement, and it can meet various construction process requirements such as rapid heating of cold finished product mixture, regenerative heating of milling old materials, field frying of asphalt mixture. In addition, the vehicle is characterized by multiple function in one machine, easy operation and high reliability.

 

* Heat regeneration mixer integrates the function of waste material regeneration, new material mixing, and cold material heating which adapts to various working conditions.

 

* Cyclone mist dust removal realizes construction without dust, which is both energy saving and environmental friendly.

 

* With single-lane feeding in the rear, it doesn't take up the traffic lane during construction, adaptable to various working conditions.

 

* Optional cutting machine, crushing pick for rapid cutting and crushing of diseases in base course; optional walk-behind single-drum roller for road surface compaction.
